Last March 10, 2009, J Holiday has released his second album entitled Round 2. It’s been 2 years since his first album entitled Back of My Lac’ where his most popular song ‘Bed’ made it to #5 at Billboard’s top 100 songs.
On his second album, his first single is entitled “It’s Yours” where he also had released its official music video. Once again, J Holiday made a big hit with this song during its release in late 2008.
The album had leaked before its release date and copies of his album were downloaded over the internet on March 2 of 2009 which is 8 days before the actual album release but despite the leak, the Round 2 Album had sold over 55,000 copies on the first week of its release and it debuted to #4 on Billboard’s top 200. The album tracks include an Intro then songs such as “It’s Yours”, “Fall”, “Don’t Go”, “Wrong Lover”, Sing 2 U”, “Run Into My Arms”, “Make that Sound” and many more. The length of the album is over 47 minutes.
Professional reviews on this album shows promising results. It’s considered a favorable album and many loved this album that it’s truly worth a purchase.
The album is produced by The-Dream and Jasper Cameron and is under the Music Line Group and Capitol Records.
