Soul singer Lionel Richie will be releasing music with the help of some of the industries hottest artists today. Lionel has asked the help of Ne-Yo and Akon to help him create the music for his album. This will be Lionel’s album with modern collaboration since releasing the album “Coming Home.” The album was released in 2006 which fared well because of the iconic status of the artist as well as the contemporary flavor that he has integrated in his album. He is once again expected to come out with the same flavor next year with the release of the new album titled Just Go. The album is expected to be released on February 17 next year. Lionel will be releasing the album under Island records.

In the efforts to give Lionel’s fan a preview of the album, a single of the upcoming album titled “Good Morning” has already been released to different radio stations and have been significantly requested since then. Lionel Richie is also expected to perform in the reality dance contest “Dancing with the Stars” in December. The crooner will also be featured in “New Year’s Rockin’ Eve”. After the release of the album on February next year, Lionel will start his world tour immediately the next month.

“Just Go” will be the 14th studio album of the Academy and Grammy Award winner. He is known for his hit singles such as “Endless Love”, “Hello” and “Say You, Say Me”. Aside from being a well-known singer, he is also known as the father of reality star Nicole Richie.
