What an unexpected couple! After Beyoncé featuring in Lady Gaga’s single Telephone, the two ladies duplicated the experience with the latest video release of Video Phone. The video has the unmistakable touch of famous hip hop and R&B video director Hype Williams and has become a big hit on the web, probably more because of the sexy outfits and choreos of the ladies rather than the song, which in itself seems to have received quite a lukewarm attention.
The video sees the two stars of RnB and Pop mirroring each other moves in white Betty Page style outfits. Needless to say, the overall result is quite naughty. Do expect some of the classic Beyoncè-bootie-shakings and struting choreographies.
All along the repeating “videophone” refrain the main question that will very naturally pop into the viewers’ mind is:….who is hottest? Well, we definitely vote Beyoncé. As for Lady Gaga, it’s strange but we have the feeling the girl is a bit of a low profile this time (can you believe it!). As a start, she is clearly down dressing in the video, wearing the most simple outfit and make up she has probably ever had. Next to her singing partner, she just doesn’t seem to pull away the attention from Beyoncé’s curvy figure. Try harder GaGa!
