After photos of 50 Cent wearing a wedding band started circulating on the Internet, gossip sites and fans alike went crazy, and the rumours began that 50 Cent had secretly married RnB singer Ciara. His spokesperson has denied the rumours and states that the only reason for the photographs of 50 Cent sporting a wedding ring is because he plays a married man in his upcoming film Microwave Park.
Rumours of the artists’ romantic involvement started last year when they posed topless for the Can’t Leave ‘Em Alone video. However, Ciarra has denied any romantic involvement and is adamant that they are just good friends.
50 Cent’s next film appearance in Streets of Blood is long awaited by fans. The film deals with a police officer (Val Kilmer), whose partner dies during Hurricane Katrina. He later discovers that his partner may have been murdered. An investigation follows, taking the officer and his new partner (50 Cent) into the depths of the criminal underworld. Other films 50 Cent will appear in the next two years are Spectacular Regret (2009), Live Bet (2008) and The Dance (2010).
