The America’s Got Talent judge Brandy got sued again for recklessness that caused a pileup at 10:30 am of Dec. 30, 2006 that left one person dead. Brandy was sided by the court for insufficient evidence against her when cases against her were filed for the same accident. Now, that did not stop this plaintiff from fighting for his case because he got permanently injured by the accident that continues to pain him everyday.

Lite, who was in the 3rd car in the accident said that the accident could have been prevented if only Brandy stayed at a distance from the car of the other driver Aboudihaj so she could stop in time to avoid the collision. Aboudihaj died in that accident and the family of Aboudihaj also have 3 pending cases against Brandy for his death.

It’s sad that an accident like this happened but it’s really an accident. Would they be filing a case against Brandy and asking for damages if Brandy is not a famous celebrity? If she’s just an ordinary person would they keep on persisting to file a case against her? Now, that’s a big question!

As of the moment, the side of Brandy is not available to make comments about the new file issued against her but there’s one thing we know for sure, this is affecting Brandy somehow. We still love Brandy and many America’s Got Talent fans would be praying for her until the very end.
