Britney Spears is definitely back on track and promoting her 6th album “Circus” with The Circus Tour this year. It is her 7th concert tour of her career and the first concert tour after 5 years following her concert tour back in 2004, the Onyx Hotel Tour.
The Circus Tour is definitely a success and after the first 13 shows it had already grossed a profit of $24 million which makes it the highest grossing for 2009.
Fans from around the world had waited for Britney Spears to be back after losing her way in her life and becoming one of the most popular woman in showbiz with very negative write-ups about how messed up her life was. Amazingly she recovered and barely even fought to gain back her career as every Britney fans craved for more songs from her.
The Circus Tour 2009 will reach outside the United States. It will be performed in North America, Australia, Europe and maybe even in Asia. It is the first ever concert tour of Spears that will reach Australia as she never performed in the Land Down Under before.
Britney Spears is performing her songs from the Circus album such as “Piece of Me” and “Circus”. There are 4 acts in the concert tour and an Encore. Britney Spears schedule for the tour is jam-packed starting last March 3, 2009 with her concert in New Orleans and she will be busy until November 24 of the same year with a concert in Brisbane’s Entertainment Centre, Brisbane.
