To those who believe Rihanna had kissed and made up with Chris Brown will surely get a shock. In fact, Rihanna is not dumb to let the horrible beating she got from her ex-beau be forgotten. She is now ready to make a stand and she will be facing her ex-beau next month through a hearing and she will be asked to testify against him.
Her attorney, Donald Etra said on E! News that his client will testify on the 22nd of June during the preliminary hearing of Chris Brown’s felony case. He also said that a subpoena would be given to Rihanna as witness to the said hearing and he confirms that his client will comply definitely with the judge’s request.
During Rihanna’s testimony, she would be facing her attacker, Chris Brown, who would have to be in the court room at the same time that Rihanna would be making her testimony. Would there be any drama that would unfold during this moment? Hmm…
It’s not only Rihanna who would be making a statement, the officers who answered the call and hand responded first to the scene would also be asked to make a statement in front of the court. This is important to the case so that the judge would then be able to determine if the case against Chris Brown has enough evidence for it to reach a trial.
