Rihanna’s UK Concert
Rihanna’s rise to fame since her hit single “Umbrella” has been practically unstoppable. The RnB diva consistently pushes the boundaries in churning out the best in the genre. Her current stardom is the best testament of her success so far. Although she has hit a snag in her relationship with her publicized breakup and physical altercation with Chris Brown, she’s back with powerful sounds and beat.
In support of her latest album “Loud”, Rihanna is currently on a world tour and her efforts to meet her fans is gathering large number of crowds in every location. Besides the fact that Rihanna is currently one of the hottest RnB artists in the world, she also has a way of getting the word out of about her concert.
Last October 6, 2011 Rihanna is set to appear in O2 arena in London, England. Common notion suggests that she will arrive at the stadium with a limousine for added privacy and security. But to everyone’s surprise, Rihanna took the London Tube or the subway to reach the arena. Fans and those who simply wanted to see a celebrity are all smiles when Rihanna took the public transportation.
Rihanna did not just board the public transportation to be seen. While riding the subway, she talked to her fellow passengers and accepted offers to be with her fans trying to take some picture.
Because of her simple but very smart publicity stint, her O2 gig in London is a huge success. Her “Loud” world tour started June 2011 and will end December of the same year in London after passing through other countries in Europe.

Diffinetely Rihanna is one of the biggest super stars of the RnB music globally. Every song she sings, every concert that she makes become a massive success. When I had the oppurtunity to go to one of her concerts, I has full of anxiety and hapiness, to see my favourite artist on stage live. Unfortunately, what I saw it was so excited after all. Her voice was awful and the most of the songs she sang playback. The interesting part was the show that she made with her dancers. So, if Rihanna ever vists your town for a concert, go only if you have not anything better to do.
What Rihanna did was very nice actually. I am not a fan, but seeing articles in the newspaper about her trip by public transport felt quite nice.
Nowadays all the stars use private planes and limos so why not using the good old tube?
